Questions about the resort

Is there a charge for Wi-Fi?

Our guests can use the internet for free. There is free Wi-Fi via fiber optics in each accommodation and in the public areas.

 

Day visitor

The accommodation and facilities are exclusively reserved for our own guests. There are no possibilities to visit us as a day guest.

 

Can I bring my pet?

As much as we love them, pets are not allowed in the resort.

Questions about the rooms

Are there smoking rooms?

According to Spanish law, smoking is prohibited in the bungalows/rooms. All spaces are smoke-free. On your private terrace and in public outdoor areas, such as around the pool or in the garden, there are designated smoking areas. Please respect your fellow guests who do not smoke.

If smoking occurs in the room, a service charge of €185 will be applied for extra cleaning.

 

Is there television?

Via the satellite, we have a range of international television channels that you can receive.

 

Are the bungalows equipped with a safe?

Yes, all our villas and bungalows have an electronic safe. The use of the safe is included for guests who have booked directly through our website.

Questions about booking

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Guaranteed check-in time is 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready. Of course, you can already use all of our facilities if you arrive early.
Please vacate the room before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. A late check-out is subject to availability and on request until 3:00 PM at the latest. This incurs additional costs.

 

Should I book through an online platform or directly with the hotel/resort?

The cheapest option is to book directly with us through the website www.AquaBeachBungalows.com. Other platforms often have restrictions in the fine print, and you may end up paying up to €15 more per day.

 

Is a credit card required for the booking?

You have the choice between making a reservation with payment via credit card or bank transfer.

 

Is there a loyalty program?

No, with 85% of our guests being regular visitors, loyalty is already reflected in our nightly rates.
